Rocky Hirajeta was born two months early—a miracle, in hindsight. Most of his friends are made-up, but his cat Floki is used to it. Someday he will travel to faraway places, only to disappear into foreign cafés and bookshops. His debut novel, What the River Buries, was released in 2023.
